1. Products
All terrain tiles are handcrafted to order. Product images on this website are representative; actual appearance may vary slightly due to the nature of 3D printing and natural wood grain. Dimensions are nominal ±2 mm.
2. Ordering
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the details you provide are accurate. We reserve the right to cancel orders that we are unable to fulfil. You will receive a full refund if we cancel your order.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
4. Payment
We accept major debit and credit cards via Stripe. Payment is charged at the time of order confirmation. We do not store card details on our servers.
5. Shipping
See our Shipping & Returns policy for delivery times, costs, and carrier information. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery.
6. Returns & refunds
Standard tiles may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Custom GPX tiles are non-returnable unless defective. To initiate a return contact hello@cosmoform.eu. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including product renders, copy, and design — is owned by cosmoform and may not be reproduced without prior written consent. NASA elevation data is in the public domain and used in accordance with NASA's data use policies.
8. Limitation of liability
Our liability in connection with any product purchased from this website is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Budapest.
