Shipping times
All orders are shipped with tracking. You'll receive a tracking link by email when your order dispatches.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping within the EU is €6.90. Orders over €150 ship free within the EU. Express and international shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Customs & import duties
Orders to EU member states do not attract customs duties. Orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our pricing.
Returns
Standard tiles (not custom GPX) may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, email hello@cosmoform.eu with your order number. We will send a prepaid return label for defective items; for change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 5 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at our discretion.
Custom GPX tiles
Custom GPX tiles are made to order and cannot be returned or refunded unless they contain a manufacturing defect. Please review your GPX file and preview carefully before ordering.
