Crafted from real elevation data
Every model starts with satellite-grade digital elevation data — the same datasets used by cartographers and engineers. Our software converts raw height values into a printable 3D mesh, then we print each piece in-house on professional FDM printers using matte PLA+.
Material
PLA+ on an edge-banded base
The terrain is printed in a matte chalk-white PLA+ — rigid, UV-stable, and virtually odour-free. Each base is cut from furniture-grade particle board and banded on all four edges, with the arrises eased by 2 mm. Choose a wood-grain décor in walnut or oak, or a plain matte in white or charcoal.
Care
Built to last — easy to maintain
- Dusting. Use a dry microfibre cloth or a soft brush — never compressed air, which can catch fine ridge details.
- Cleaning. A slightly damp cloth removes fingerprints. Dry immediately. No chemical cleaners on the PLA surface.
- Storage. Keep out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources above 50 °C to preserve shape and colour.
- Display. Felt pads are included. Suitable for both desk and wall mounting (hardware not included).
